On October 27, 2016, commissioned by the Hefei Development and Reform Commission, Hefei Advisory Council hosted the preliminary design review of Dafangying Road, Feixi Road and Yongqing Road in Luyang District. Representatives from Hefei Development and Reform Commission, Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Commission, Hefei Urban Planning Bureau, Hefei Forestry and Landscape Bureau, Hefei Traffic Police Detachment, Hefei Public Transport Group Co., Ltd., Luyang Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, Luyang Key Project Construction Administration Bureau and other units attended the meeting and 5 experts were specially invited. Yang Wei and other related design staff from ATCDI’s Second Municipal Administration Branch also attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the experts and representatives listened to the report from design staff of the ATCDI, reviewed the design documents, and fully affirmed the preliminary design documents after full discussion. They agreed that the route direction, technical standards and engineering scale determined by the preliminary design accorded with the approving comments, the content was complete and the depth was basically in line with national standards and documentation requirements, and the design could be submitted for approval after modified.
The Feixi Road, with the total length of 0.355km and the total width of 40m, has 6 lanes in 2 ways; the Dafang Ying Road, with the total length of 1.065km and the total width of 30m, has 4 lanes in 2 ways; and the Yongqing Road, with the total length of 1.15km and the planned section width of 13m, has 2 lanes in 2 ways. The smooth review of the preliminary design has laid a good foundation for the commencement of work as soon as possible.
