ATCDI’S Project Received 2016 Anhui Selected Sponsorship

In accordance with the relevant provisions stated in the Administrative Measures of Anhui Province for Selected Sponsorship for Candidates from Anhui Academic and Scientific Research Foregoers (WRBF〔2001〕No. 48), ATCDI has played an active role in project recommendation. Recently, Green Transportation Facility Assessment Technical Requirements Part 2: Green Service Area project undertaken by ATCDI was selected into 2016 Program.

Green Transport Facility Assessment Technical Requirements Part 2: Green Service Area was formulated on the basis of the relevant requirements as stipulated in the Notice on 2015 Traffic and Transportation Standardization Plan released by the Ministry of Transport (JKJF [2015] NO.114). At present, there is no green evaluation standard for expressway service area at home and abroad. The standard, being the result of useful explorations on technical requirements and methods of green service area evaluation according to the characteristics of its construction and operation management, encourages the adoption of new technologies, new products, new materials and new equipment for the purpose of eco-environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction. The standard is a significant guide for promoting the development of the green road service area, and enhancing the green transport service facilities and service quality. It fills the gaps in this field at home and abroad.

ATCDI will continue to make efforts on the use and management of special funds in Anhui Province for academic and technical leading candidates to do scientific research activities, and give full play to the guiding role of government-oriented professional funds. At the same time, they should be provided with necessary support to improve their work and living conditions. Top talent personnel are encouraged to continuously improve their academic and technical level and make contributions to Anhui’s economic and social development.
