ATCDI Organized Special Guidance for the Learning of the Spirits of the Sixth Plenary Session and the Trainings of Disciplinary Inspection Staff for Party Affairs

On November 17, 2016, ATCDI organized the special guidance in the learning of the spirits of the Sixth Plenary Session of 18th People’s Congress and the trainings of party-discipline inspection personnel at ATCDI Conference Center. At the meeting, Mr. Wang Jishuang, ATCDI’s Chairman and Deputy Party Secretary, delivered a speech to mobilize the learning and implementation of the Spirit. About 100 attendants included ATCDI leaders, secretaries of affiliated Party (branch) committees, committee members, persons in charge of departments, branch institutes and subsidiaries, and staffs in party affairs and discipline inspection.
Wang Jishuang pointed out that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was a very important meeting held at the time when China entered the decisive stage of building up a comprehensive well-off society. It is an important political task for the present and for a period to come to study, publicize and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
Wang Jishuang stressed that the Party organizations at all levels should fully understand the important significance of the Sixth Plenary Session and highlight the theme of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline, and bearing in mind the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping while guided by the guidelines and regulations passed on the Plenary Session. There is a need to consolidate the basis of learning, timely organize party members and cadres to study the spirit of the Plenary Session in accordance with the "Four Once" activities deployment, and practically fuse thoughts and actions into the Spirit, especially the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping so as to better implement the guidelines by keeping in high spirit and carrying forward the good working style. Priorities should be given to current reform and development, and lessons are to be drawn from past experiences through comprehensive comparisons so as to ensure that the annual target can be completed on schedule. The provincial inspection tour rectification task has been fully implemented. Studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building have been steadily pushed forward. Following the “12351” strategy layout put forward by the Group Company, ATCDI will uphold the "1233" overall strategic thinking of "one system, two dimensions, three drives and three deployments", to propel ATCDI’s going public, further strengthen system publicity and implementation, improve the talent development, continuously regulate the production and operation, enhance the qualifications and expand the business.
Prof. Pei Dehai from Anhui University gave a report entitled Major Institutional Innovation on Comprehensively Deepening Party Discipline. From perspectives of the great significance of the Sixth Plenary Session, the necessity of revising the new Party rules, the main content and feature of "the guidelines" and "regulations", the institutional innovation in terms of ideological and political party construction, Prof. Pei explained the profound theory of the Spirit in simple terms. Participants believe that the lecture was very conductive and enlightening for an accurate understanding of the Spirit.
Later, participants watched the anti-corruption themed documentary program On the Road produced by the Central Discipline Inspection.
